Not sure what program you are using to pay videos, but there was one thing that I had to set when I updated Windows. For some reason Windows 10 the latest version turns off adobe flash player. You will have to go back into Settings, then Advance Settings and then scroll down and turn on Adobe Flash Player if using the Edge Browser. If using Chrome you will need to go to Settings, then Advance Settings, then privacy, then Content Settings, then scroll down and make sure that java script is running and Adobe Flash is running. This should help if running videos through web browser.
