There are so many different versions of the 7577. regarding customer support, ALL computer companies are bad. I personally have only dealt with ASUS customer support. They were great at listening and talking about my issue but the resolving part was non existent. I have this model computer and so far I am fairly impressed. It is not a powerhouse like my G751 with the 980m but for being half the weight and half the price and still able to handle most things with decent response and quality it was enough to get another for my brother. With computers think about what you really want to do and get out of it, what are your standards, what means more price:brand:quality, sometimes people end up realizing if it is just gaming and not portability they are looking for a desktop is often cheaper and can have better components for the same price or slightly more.
