never had an issue..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My old ASUS is doing the same thing and I never even tried to run it on battery only. I'm using it plugged in exclusively and the "no charging" sign kept blinking continuously so I removed the battery. GeekSquad told me that he has received numerous complaints of battery failure. Unfortunately, I didn't find out until after I bought the second ASUS, which I haven't used long enough for the battery to fail but I'm prepared for its failure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this laptop for a few months and have had no battery issues or charging issues. I'd contact the manufacturer. Be sure you are plugged into the proper amperage plug and are using a surge protector. If you are not sure of the electrical system wherever you are trying to charge, try charging at another location. Not using a surge protector can cause damage to your system if there is a spike in electricity.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.not a bug nor defect - the battery has to be constantly charged and discharged in order to properly condition the battery cells so they don't develop a memory (technicians call this the ronald reagan process) and lose capacity.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.like many laptops these days, this machine has non-removable batteries that must be "conditioned" or charged and discharged while plugged in. they lose capacity and will develop a "memory" if this is not done. all mfgrs do this now - bottom line: *** THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL ***
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.hey foreman do i really need to buy a surge protector? im just using a regular socket..i plugged it in all over the house still the same..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you use a surge protector. check the plug that goes into the inverter. I have had no problem with mine.
