“I recently purchased this laptop a month ago. After doing the latest Windows 10 update I get the blue screen of death. I can run the diagnostic tools and remove the update and everything is fine again. I also tried reinstalling Windows 10...no help.”

I’m Sure that’s not a hardware problem, windows can work wrong in some devices,. wait until next update, if you get the problem again contact ASUS SUPPORT, they ll get in touch to microsoft
