Bought the same computer for my Step Daughter after Christmas because she needed it for nursing school. She didn't go back to school until January 16th and when she started to use it then the machine kept going off and it was then she noticed a hairline crack in the corner and when she took it back to Best Buy they said that there was nothing they could do for her. This is a really bad way of doing business. I will never shop at Best Buy again because they sold me a broken and defective computer and will not replace it. I,m sure your computer is defective like the one I bought.
