• You need to buy a Universal Adapter directly from ASUS. I bought one from Amazon and had the same problem as you, wrong tip. Universal model from ASUS comes with 4 or 5 different tips

• This uses a USB C Charges. Any USB C Charger for a laptop should work, IMO. I could be wrong.
