Yes you have to have a very steady hand and you need a razor blade or you can use a razor stencil pencil. You must stick the metal down into the side of the rubber. And then just flick it up it's usually attached by a small rubber string to keep it in place but mine wasn't so I just disregarded it which I recommend to everyone. Once you remove all 11 torx screws yes 11. then using your fingers start from the SD card slot and this is what the laptop upside down cry and snot the clips then use a plastic pry tool and go around the board until the cover pops off by itself. I hope this helps be careful not to scratch your laptop with the razor blade that was my biggest fear but it is fairly easy you just have to have confidence in yourself.
