I'm sorry to hear about this, please disconnect the charger and press and hold the power button for 1-minute. After it's complete, connect the charger and turn on the device. If the issue persist, please contact ASUS Support: https://www.asus.com/support/callus
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Connect your laptop to power for 20 mins and ensure that the cord is properly in. The ASUS power chord has 2 clicks to get pushed in. Once done, keep power button pressed for 10 seconds. If the screen does not start, press power button again for 10 seconds.
