“I bought a bamboo Ink. The buttons work, but the pen will not write. Wacom says it is not compatible, but Best Buy people say it is and reviewers mention using it. How do you get it to work?”

• You may need to press the two buttons on the side and hold down for a few seconds a couple times, depending. I did that and it worked.

• You have to hold down one of the buttons in the Bamboo ink to switch the mode and make it work with the laptop. I forget which button exactly but they show it in the quick start instructions with the Ink.
