“Bought this laptop 1 week ago open box. Loaded all my programs, on Monday at work when I loaded one of the ports the screen went negative black....then back to normal. Is that a bad graphic card?”

I've had the laptop for over a year and a half and I've found that 9/10 crashes come from Windows 10 as it is a very buggy OS, but I have overloaded the graphics card and memory a couple times running games on optimum settings with 30 chrome tabs open, so it's probably Windows.
