It has the i7-7500U cpu which is a dual core
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.8th gen i7 Intel processors are quad core. Google has tons of info about the differences of Intel processors. On a side note, I have this 2 in 1. Research battery life when running only on the battery, not plugged in... 4 or so hours when using the battery only. Results vary depending on if you are running 4k graphics or not.
