“Exchange I purchased an ASUS 17" touch screen laptop Black outside, silver key board. I had Kaspersky and Office 365 put in by Geek Squad with office 10 already installed. I am an elite plus member and I do not want to return for refund (I am within my 45 day return period) I want to exchange it for the same model (or better) with black outer color (prefer silver) most important and reason for exchange keys are silver and makes it very difficult for myself to see the keys with my level of vision. I need it today and I need to purchase a new Virus Protector as well Kaspersky or better.”
