Yes, it does come with a wireless keyboard and mouse. It is connected using a USB dongle found inside the mouse when you first get it. I highly recommend connecting it to the front/bottom USB 2.0 slot, as the USB 3.1 slots on the back can cause interference due to the monitor and other computer components being in between.
