• This is a standalone monitor. The video must be input by a computer or some other device with video outputs.

• If you are referencing if this is an "All in One" PC, then no it is not. This monitor needs to be connected to a desktop tower or PS3/4. It has no storage capabilities.

• best if hooked to a computer for the 144 HZ rapid refresh rate. Can be used on a TV but using the HDMI connector limits to 60 HZ. This is a fantastic gaming monitor for a computer , The newer the graphics card the better effects in new games.
