Yes this monitor would work
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes!!! This is a Monitor it will work with any pc setup. But this desktop will probably only offer you an hdmi port for the 1080p Hd from the monitor and will not be able to take advantage of the G-sync or 144hz that the monitor offeres since the pc has an amd graphic card. What you can do is upgrade it to a later gpu so you can take advantage of these features. Believe me once you game at 144hz, you will never want to go back to standard 60hz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can theoretically achieve 144 Hz via the DVI port on the dedicated graphics. I would consult YouTube videos or reviews on the graphics card (AMD Radeon R7 250) to see if it can push 144 FPS on the games you want to play. If you can't push above 60 FPS the higher refresh rate is useless. You would be better off buying a cheaper monitor with a refresh rate of 60 Hz at this point.
