“i was messing around with RealTek to try and fix my computer not picking up my headphones and all of a sudden when i reset everything the computer had no sound on the volume changer it says sound is coming out but I hear nothing”

Right click the speaker in your system tray and see what audio output is currently shown. Change to your monitor or headphones from there
