The "volume control" button at the bottom of the monitor only allows you to turn the volume down. Now I have a monitor with no sound coming out of it. Not impressed. Also, no manual included, just a sheet that showed how to attach the stand and what the different connectors are. Almost sent it back before I figured out it needed a HDMI cable connected before it would power up. Other than that I'm very happy with it.”

I don't like the menu buttons either, but I can adjust the volume with the buttons on either side of the Menu button - the buttons with the arrows on them. As a rule of thumb, before you go dismantling your computer: If you do not see what you need right away in the box, go to the manufacturers web site and download what you need. A top brand will always have everything that should have been in the box available for download, if not more.
