• No, OEM drives do not come with Blu-ray viewing software. It does come with software to burn CD/DVD/BD, however, any Blu-ray viewing software would need to be obtained prior to viewing Blu-ray movies on this drive.

• no it does not. I was sad to learn this the hard way. You need an external program to run BD movies. I never invested in one cause I have a BD player in my office.
