Depends, square footage of coverage is only really useful in an office or warehouse. In other wards, clear line of site and no obstructions. Walls, multi-level buildings with subfloors and ceilings, furniture, fixtures, pipes, electric lines, appliances, etc are all obstacles. Anything with metal or wood materials more than a couple inches thick will obstruct Wi-Fi signals. Ethernet wired backhaul from nodes to base is always best unless you can shine a flashlight or laser pointer from one satellite to the next. Which if you can see the node from the base station, might as well wire it in to free up a wireless band.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got this unit for a 600 square feet home since it has dead spots. Well after this unit no more and no more over loading the system with too many devices since it splits the load over to the closest mesh pod.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hardwired my configuration. It seems to be the best setup since it frees up the wireless bands for devices and delivers more consistent service.
