- Answer The Chrome OS AUE(Auto Update Expiration) date is June 2029. The Chromebook will still work properly after this date.

QuestionDoes this have a backlit keyboard? Does it have a touch screen? Is it good for many zoom meetings?

- Answer The unit does not have a backlight keyboard, it does carry touchscreen capabilities. It does have a camera but no built in mic.

QuestionI received this today with no pen and without a backlit keyboard. Why is the backlit keyboard listed in the Specifications and despite the answer above no pen comes with the chromebook? These were deciding factors on this purchase.

- Answer The pen and the keyboard backlit are optional on the Chromebook, the ASUS CM3200FVA-DS42T doesn't come with these features. Please contact your seller for a resolution.
