“I received this today with no pen and without a backlit keyboard. Why is the backlit keyboard listed in the Specifications and despite the answer above no pen comes with the chromebook? These were deciding factors on this purchase.”

The pen and the keyboard backlit are optional on the Chromebook, the ASUS CM3200FVA-DS42T doesn't come with these features. Please contact your seller for a resolution.
