• I did have a problem with mine randomly disconnecting from WIFI. Geek Squad was not able to fix the issue. I returned the computer and ordered another of the same model. I really liked the computer but couldn't tolerate the frequent wifi disconnects.

• No it does not have a problem with the wifi disconnecting itself. I did have an issue with the touchscreen becoming unresponsive and have to exchange it for a new one with my extended warranty.
