I have sent a question to ASUS about this as I ran into the same obstacle. I will post their response if/when I receive it. In the meantime, AMD has a program called Ram Disk which optimizes the 8 GB's we already have into as much as 64 GB by partitioning the existing Ram. It's pretty amazing. For me, even though it works well, it will only be a temporary fix if the Ram is upgradeable. It does only have one slot.
