QuestionI see that it has ports for headphones or a mic on top but are there any ports on it that you can plug in a headset and use the mic with the sound of a game or others talking going through the headphones? The ports on top do not work for both.

- Answer No, as far as I am aware you do not need to reinstall drivers, unless you wipe the whole hard drive.

- Answer We had the same problem. We went to Best Buy and got a DVI to VGA adapter and plugged the monitor right into the graphics card. It was about $15 and we were up and running.

- Answer you can upgrade it easy to do but then you have a lot of work with reloading the operating system ect. it is good as it is out of the box - i try not to re-invent the wheel
