in stock now. and totally agree I have been waiting for this item forever and I check everyday. Totally worth the buy for the price and performance. Be aware that Best Buy has two listings.

It constantly goes in and out of stock so my suggestion is just to continually check. Its not just Bestbuy either, all retailers can't keep it in stock. Its a steal at 250. This router is beastly with its coverage and speed.
