QuestionDoes this laptop have a built-in microphone that works? (I currently have an ASUS F554LA which has a built-in RealTek microphone which has NEVER worked.) And a CD player that can rip/burn CDs? The DVD/CD player in my current ASUS F554LA can't.

- Answer Absolutely, the laptop has a built-in working microphone. The issue with the older ASUS laptop is random since all ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections.

Questionwhat is the screen aspect ratio. many of the newer laptops are coming out with the taller 16:10 or 3:2 ratios.

- Answer The web camera has a VGA resolution, the replaceable battery has a charge life of approximately 7 hours of light to medium workload. A RAM slot is available for upgrade.
