QuestionThis model doesn’t come with a stylus and the model that does come with a stylus is sold out everywhere. Where can I get a stylus that works for this exact chromebook and fits in the dedicated spot?

- Answer Yes, this model does include a stylus. There are two different ASUS Flip C214 models available, with and without a stylus: Model: C214MAYS02TS (SKU: 6347497) - Apparently the "S" indicates "stylus" Model: C214MAYS02T (SKU: 6333712) Both of the above are available on Best Buy. The C214MAYS02TS is $50 more because I believe it includes the stylus. The descriptions are identical except for "Gray" vs. "Dark Gray" but I think this is just a typo because all other specs are the same.

QuestionC214MA came without a stylus. Bought an "Asus C214MA STYLUS PEN" (part # 90NX0290-R90010) from ASUS's European distributor. So far it does not work. Do we need to do anything to the stylus and/or Chromebook to get the stylus to work?

- Answer To safely or properly remove the pen slot cover, the case needs to be opened. We don't recommend doing it unless you are computer or hardware savvy.
