Windows is pre-loaded. I don't remember having to use a Key. I just plugged in a lan cable and turned the unit on. I didn't get any disk's or printed instructions.

Please try again later.This comes with windows 10 pre installed, when you turn on the PC you will go through the quick setup of enterinig a few key things, User name, network, email etc. Than you will be greeted by Windows 10. You can however Create Backup or repair USB Flash drive. 16GB or more is recommended. Thanks, enjoy. No disks are included.
