• Mine did not have a hard copy manual. There may be digital copy in there some place. I haven't tried to find it. I plugged a lan cable into mine before turning it on. Seemed to update just fine. I don't remember having to inter any window Keys.

• The manual is an eManual in an app installed during setup. The Windows installation is activated during the setup.

• It is preinstalled and you just set up your windows and it has all the information
