Yes the Desktop can be upgraded, RAM and Video card. Not sure on the processor you may want to check the Asus website. It comes with a headphone jack on top and in back if you need one. works good.

Please try again later.The PSU looks like it could be swapped out fairly easily, the motherboard has 2 SIMM slots (both full), and the GPU could probably be yanked and replaced. All of this is hooked into a rather basic ASUS micro atx board. The most disappointing thing you might encounter is that ASUS put the dreaded anti-tamper sticker on the case with a warning that opening up the pc will void your warranty. On the plus side for you, there are 3.5mm mic and headphone jacks on the top of the tower.
