• Dude you can run it with ultra settings and be fine at 1080p it will also run 1440p and probabaly give you still around 80fps on fortnite that is fortnite is actually an easily ran game not as demanding as you think

• Yes it will run fortnite smoothly on with the intel core i5-9400 the setting of low or medium but im not sure about high or very high(was there a very high setting?)
