TLDR: For my budget and needs, this was a good choice ON SALE. At full price its value/dollar Is questionable. And it is definitely a "budget" gaming PC, expect some compromises. While I am satisfied with my purchase, this PC has a number of caveats I think are worth docking a star and calling attention to for others considering this model. The first issue is the graphics card, it is a single fan unit. I'm sure it can do everything a 1660ti is supposed to, but the cooling is barely adequate. Know that it will run a bit warmer, and unless you don't mind the noise from the lone fan running at full speed, expect to lower the settings on some games even if it exceeds the GPU requirements. For the money, I'm satisfied, but if you're keen on high end graphics, know that this is the low end of the spectrum for this model. Second, the single stick of 8 GB RAM is the bare minimum these days. Sooner or later you'll probably want to upgrade to 16. These are the same speed as the original, and I am very happy with the upgrade. As an added bonus, these RAM sticks look great in the case too, if you care about that. Related to above, the PC comes with something called NahimicService.exe which unfortunately has a notorious reputation for memory leaks. With the upgrade I didn't notice right away, but it's a MAJOR block hole for memory. It is not a critical component, and shouldn't hard to address, but it is an issue you'll probably want to deal it sooner than later. Lastly, and least critical, the colored lights meant to be a cosmetic feature work fine, but the storage drive has a permanent red light on at it's base. As best as I can find out, it is not an error light and is supposed to be on, but that means it conflicts with the colored cosmetic lights. A minor issue I don't mind, but worth noting. After focusing on the negative, one good point that wasn't clear on the store page is the presence of a hot swappable SSD drive. More than just a gimmick, it makes mass storage expansion a breeze. The original 1 TB is fine, but my old PC already had half of it's 2 TB drive filled up, and with games/files getting bigger, this could likely use an upgrade at some point too, and this feature is very handy to have. I concentrated on the negative factors here mostly so people considering this PC are aware of them, in all it's a good PC and I have no regrets having gotten it on sale. My experience with the folks at Best Buy and Geek Squad was also fantastic, though that isn't directly related to this PC.

It runs games on ultra settings really good, it was delivered really fast and had foam and others stuff so it doesn't get damage from it being delivered. I haven't had any issue with it so far. It comes with a metal panel if you don't want to use the glass one. The only downside is the photos they show on the site is for the more expensive one so it really doesn't look like that and it only comes with 1 8gb ddr4 ram stick so you have a empty slot next to it. Otherwise it's a really good purchase for gaming.

Was easy to setup, starting takes like 1 second for me, high quality games run great.

This is my first pc and after endless research i finally decided to buy this pc. And this pc is a really great pc for new gamer and also very budget friendly

Would recommend getting more RAM which wouldn’t be an issue but other then that the pc runs amazing and smooth. Get 50-80fps on new games. If you are looking for more I wouldn’t recommend this PC but it is perfect for those who want to game with ease and have fun with no issue.

This computer exceeded our expectations as far as performance and it looks really cool with the constantly changing lights.

After 3 months of working with this device, I can state it has been a terrific upgrade to the laptop I replaced. After opening the box and setting everything up I noticed it was quieter and it ran smoother. I purchased two Acer monitors to get the most out of my real estate and they truly improved my efficiency by freeing up running applications and programs to viewed and manipulated simultaneously as I worked. I liked it so much I wanted to buy another one for my son. After some research, I found that the one I purchased was missing the dust cover for the swappable drive and there was a glass panel option I was unaware of. when I tried to contact Best Buy about these things they told me to contact Asus and Asus told me to contact Best Buy. I am still looking for these parts to purchase and would be very interested in speaking with a representative to resolve this.

not a bad pc for games, I bought it for myself, but as soon as I opened it I didn’t like that the side panel was not glass but plastic, so I was returned to the store

Handles Minecraft and world of Warcraft with ease.

I’ve had this since March 2020 and it’s still good but I would recommend buying a new case and switching the parts over

Have had this computer for 4 years and it’s had great performance as well as amazing graphics.

It’s a great pc. But when I play Total war Rome 2 it keeps on crashing. I read that it doesn’t have a good fan and that may be the case. It gets super loud when I am playing, overall though it’s great. It’s SUPER loud but it’s alright just wish it didn’t crash over and over again
