- Answer Standard earphones this device is not compatible with IPhone type earphones. The sound and camera are the worst things about this laptop. I have to use my Bluetooth speaker to be able to hear adequately.

- Answer My daughter uses it for online schooling but occasionally plays roblox on it. The volume is low and when she's playing roblox, the laptop gets pretty hot after 20 minutes.

- Answer There are two USB ports, one HDMI, and one USB-C port. If you want to use a DVD drive with this laptop you will need to purchase an external DVD or Blu-ray drive, they use USB as standard but some newer ones may use USB-C, it doesn't matter which it's all up to what you prefer it uses.

QuestionI am looking for a basic laptop for my dad, who is technologically challenged. He will use is for skyping/video chatting, watching movies, and maybe some email. Would this laptop be adequate for streaming on Netflix and Amazon Prime?

- Answer This laptop was bought for a sole purpose and that was for the remote learning that I have to provide my students. Doing research and searching on varies websites for lesson planning ideas have been easy to find. So far my zoom meetings have been very clear. As far as netflix, amazon prime video etc, I'm not sure but I don't see why not. So far so good and for the price I can't ask for more.

- Answer So the program is basically anything from Microsoft store since it's in S mode. You have the option to get out of S mode where you can download any apps or games but the system runs slower.
