The battery life is good, I have had the tablet for a week now and have been using it constantly testing everything I could. I was able to use the tablet on the first charge for about a day and a half without charging. But beware charging on this device is very slow and charging does not really work while using the device. If you are at 47% on battery and plug in the charger and continue to use the tablet it will not charge and often if you are playing video or any high demand application it will deplete the battery, yes deplete the battery even if you r plugged into the charger. Charging without use and screen off is approximately 3 hours 35 minutes from 10% to full charge. One additional warning do not and I cannot stress this enough do not let the Tablet fall below 10%, as the system becomes very unresponsive and often will not power back on and I mean will not power back on. I was lucky after leaving it on the charger for 2 days, I was able to get the tablet above 10% and then it charged normally.

Make sure your apps are up to date and you don't have a bunch of apps needlessly running in the background. Use an process/application killer to cut them down. This is good practice on any device for maximizing battery life.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as WIFI isn't running constant updates and syncs on your tablet, the battery should last quite a while in standby. I've had the tablet with me all day long and used it occasionally and still have plenty of battery left over.
