This is the newer model, features ray tracing and more features. Might be overkill for your setup if your not familiar with rtx and feature set.

Reference cards are MSRP at 599. Aftermarket cards typically cost more due to better cooling an over clocking. This Asus Tuf variant is a steal st 699.

Because it has rgb and dual bios
