• A:Answer Great question! From time to time, many of the brands have different types and laptop configuration from brand stores versus resellers per their contract. However, many times, they have the exact type of products. For example, I just purchased Asus ProArt H7606WX-XH99T and it’s the same model and configuration as listed on ASUS website. I purchase from Best Buy because they usually have the better warranty as opposed to other resellers. Hence why I continue my subscription as a My Best Buy Total Member. It pays for itself and becomes a better overall solution. I hope this helps.

Q: QuestionCan you assure us that there will be no liquid metal coolant in this PC? I've heard liquid metal leaks destroy laptops, and this is a premium laptop I'd like to use for 5+ years or so, well past any warranty period.

Despite that being a possibility of occurring, you can count on Best Buy’s Warranty Programs. I’m an avid customer and Total Rewards Member because I believe in their warranties. I purchase many of their products because overall, I can count on them. Lastly, even though that is a possible risk, it becomes an acceptable one because of their value on products and customer experience.

• A:Answer There’s not an option to choose that configuration. On one of the responses, Asus mentions that one cannot configure this laptop to come with a different SSD configuration, it is pre-configured with the specific SSD. However, you can upgrade the SSD yourself after purchase by replacing the Micron SSD with another SSD. I’m hoping that 4 TB are enough for me but if not, I will be looking to upgrade. From my research, it looks as though I can upgrade many of the system components. It’s not soldered like most laptops whereas, it is permanently fused to the computer's motherboard instead of being a removable/upgradable component. Geek Squad can help greatly with this. I hope this helps.
