Does this laptop come with 1x16GB or 2x8GB of ram? null

It is a 1x16Gb config. I upgraded mine to the maximum supported 2x32Gb setup though. Bear in mind, im not sure if this was caused from a bios update, but when installing the upgraded ram, memory speeds were reduced to 4800Mhz.
