No, the type c is just USB 3.0. No thunderbolt, doesn't have enough bandwidth. If you want a dedicated graphics, I would suggest getting the one with NVidia 940MXX. Linked the device...It won't be a screaming gaming machine but it would be an improvement over the Intel GPU.
