Nope, but it can be swapped out nicely. Just a heads up, the device has screws under the back feet. The feet would need to be removed, they're attached by some sticky tape. You can get installation media for Windows 10 if you search google for Windows Media Creator. Have a nice 8 GB flash drive and it will format it for you. Don't worry about activation, the BIOS has a key for Windows 10, should activate once it connects to the internet the first time.
