• I woulf avoid eithrt. I bought this computer as open box. Turned out it had a bad sector on HD.

• The Open Box has been returned in perfect condition to BB - The computer has the original manufacture's warranty. The Dell laptop that I just purchased only had two scuff marks on the keyboard top. Within a week there were more marks than the original ones. I got two years of Geek service because lots can go wrong and it was an open box. I did have problems with Windows 10 as soon as I used the laptop. The Geek Squad fixed the problem in about a week and checked all other hardware/software before giving it back to me. So far I am very happy with my purchase.
