QuestionI purchased model GV301QE-211.ZG13 from bestbuy.com. The "Features" section says this laptop model has a media card reader. Under the "Included" section it says this model has a numeric keypad BOTH of which I thought were false. Is it true?

QuestionWhy, in all my tests, is everything saying this doesn't even have an Nvidia card in it? No where in the hardware descriptions or benchmarks does it say it's Nvidia graphics--says it's an AMD. Even installing Nvidia software it says 'not found.'

- Answer To verify that the laptop does have an Nvidia RTX 3050TI GPU, please go to the Device Manager > Display Adapter.

- Answer Mine came with Windows 11. However, ASUS appears to have problems with providing reliable drivers for it. In my unit, the touchpad and fingerprint reader stop working sometimes, requiring a cold restart.

- Answer It comes with a in-built webcam. Does not make sense to have a webcam without a microphone, unless you expect to go on muted meetings....
