I ordered mine online and had it shipped to my house. There is a disclaimer that someone over 18 will need to sign for it. I was home specifically to meet the package and to sign for it as FedEx tends to deliver around noon. I heard the truck stop and I went to the door to sign. Guess what..the driver had left the package on my door step, no signature. Spoke with BestBuy about this and of course they don't have any control over what FedEx does. I get it, but customers rely on that extra piece of security to insure that their items arrive as described. If the disclaimer read, "Please be advised we have no control over FedEx delivery. We require them to take a signature at delivery but they may just leave your 2000.00 tablet on your doorstep." We recommend that you pick up in store for the highest level of security. Thank you, BestBuy BestBuy has pretty good inventory control in most cases that I've seen. You should have a good chance of getting one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered mine online for store pickup, and it had my name printed on a sticker that was attached to it. I'm pretty sure that means it's guaranteed. Took about 4 days to get shipped from the warehouse to the store I picked it up at (USA).
