Here's your caveat - If you buy an ASUS product from Best Buy? You do not get the conventional warranty options from ASUS. You MUST go to Best Buy for repairs and service. Now, if there is a manufacturer's defect? You still go to Best Buy with the device. This is determined the moment you register the serial number to ASUS, by the way.
