“On the Asus website a model the G20CB is listed as having a max ram of 32 GB - yet people are saying the RAM can't be upgraded.... has anyone upgraded the RAM? If not, how does one get the 32 GB Ram machine?”

• Yes, you can upgrade. There are 4 slots, 2 are already used (16gb) 2 empty slots are available for upgrade (32gb total).

• This model unit does not have extra slot to expand RAM to 32GB.
