This particular model does. I understand the confusion, because when I first was looking at it in best buy, they had a version that had similar stats but ran with ddr 3 memory for the ram and a gtx 960, but that model at the time was running for $1199.00 and came standard with windows 8.1(which was a deal killer for me as I had no desire to try to upgrade to windows 10, even for free due to problems I had with a previous attempt to upgrade from windows 7 to 10. The Asus ROG systems come with a couple of different flavors, so just make sure the box you grab lists the stats you want.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The same model of any computer brand, Dell, ASUS etc may have different computer components in them. This is due to the retailer desires, such as BEST BUY wanting more RAM (memory) or a larger hard drive in their computers as a selling point over their competing retailers. The manufacture will also change model components based on their suppliers availability. Sometimes a new faster video card (GTX 970) has hit the street and a manufacturer will then change it out with the previous video card (GTX 960). THE ONLY WAY TO COMPARE ANY TWO RETAILERS DEALS IS TO LOOK AT THE SERIAL NUMBER USUALLY LOCATED ON THE SAME STICKER AS THE MODEL. Then go to the manufacturer website and look up the specs and components. Also always give the serial # when seeking repair of any computer. Thirty plus years of computer repair experience speaking.
