• Yes you can replace it. (Requires m.2 2230 nvme ssd though). No there's no extra nvme slot. Hope this helps.

• Yes you can. Limited to 2230 size ssd. Only one slot for ssd and I put a wd740 2tb ssd in.

• I would absolutely advise against tearing this laptop apart. It's insanely time consuming involves several sealed screws that are incredibly difficult to get undone and once you've removed those screws the rest of it is more screws and very easy to break ribbon cables. I can't imagine parts are easy to replace, I was just trying to replace the keyboard after some keys broke and I barely got the back panel off.
