• A:Answer Has 8gb of video Ram. It has an extra connector for another harddrive but inly bummer is if you open the desktop without the GeekSquad doing it, your warranty is void.

• A:Answer Yes, I've been thru 2 units... 1st the fans sounded like it was installed correctly...it was hitting something. 2nd Graphics Cards would not turn on every time it appeared it was not seated correctly of shifted during shipment. 3rd one...hope it works. cross finger ...I like the form factor.

• A:Answer Actually, it doesn't have any Thunderbolt 3 ports. It has (2) USB 3.1 Type A ports. It is often assumed that they are the same, they are not. If you are hunting USB Type "C" connections, this machine does not have any. Where things get a little confusing is Thunderbolt 3 often uses the same USB Type C port as USB 3.1, so you’ll often see motherboards advertising one port for both connections. This is true, since Thunderbolt 3 fully supports all USB 3.1 cables and connections, any Thunderbolt 3 port is technically a USB 3.1 port too, but not the other way around. All Thunderbolt 3 is USB 3.1 but all USB 3.1 isn't Thunderbolt 3. If you follow that.
