These PSUs provide a consistent 80% efficiency at 20%, 50%, and 100%. Which means if the system is gradually put under load, a bronze rated power supply will always stay at 80% efficiency.Sep 3, 2021 The basic 80 Plus rating means that the PSU is rated for at least 80% efficiency at 20% load, 50% load, and 100% load. So, yes Bronze is OK, Silver, Gold, Platinum are supposed to be more efficient on power usage, although in practice it's a minimal difference.
