This asus rep is wrong. This cooling system is garbage and the cpu temps can go as high as 92 celcius while under a load. Replace the garbage case with no airflow and cpu cooler asap.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is an industry standard: the maximum safe CPU and GPU temps are somewhere between 65-80 degrees Celsius under full load. Safe CPU and GPU temps when idle should always be under 50 degrees Celsius. However, the hotter the temperature, the more likely it is that you will experience throttling and stability issues. My computer runs at 27 degrees Celsius at idle. If your computer isn’t within these industry standards then something is not right either with the cooler being used or the thermal compound - or both!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The cooling system is adequate to dissipate heat efficiently while the desktop PC is under heavy load.
