Is the gpu air cooled and is the cpu air cooled null

Both are air cooled. The CPU cooler is some stock Intel level garbage that sounds like a jet engine and idles at 78C. The GPU cooler is a single turbo fan in a dual slot design and it too can sound like a jet engine if it gets hot, which will very likely happen in this tower with this CPU/Cooler combo. GPU fan moves air like that's what it was made for though, and will rapidly drop the GPU by 20C or more under extreme loads.
